Dear Contributors,
Thank you very much for submitting abstracts to IIE Asian Conference 2013. The program committee, track chair, and reviewers of IIE Asian Conference have finished reviewing all submissions. A decision (acceptance/rejection) email was sent out to the corresponding author of each paper in the last couple of days. If you did not receive a decision email regarding the review results of your abstract, please contact us at IIEAsian2013@gmail.com or iieasian2013@mail.ntust.edu.tw. We will re-send the decision letter to you right after receiving your request. You may also check the status and review report by loin in conference website at http://iiea.conf.tw/ and navigate to “Abstract status”.
Upon receiving this acceptance notification, you are kindly requested to carefully revise your manuscript according to the comments given by the reviews and the latest paper templates provided by the conference organizing committee. The maximum number of pages for conference papers is 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Any pages in excess of 8 pages will have excess page charges (1500 NTD per extra page) billed to the Author. The paper must be uploaded by May 18, 2013, but you are highly suggested to format and upload your paper, and to submit your copyright release form as early as possible to avoid any unexpected problems in the process.
Please note that this acceptance, as well as the publication of your paper in the conference proceedings and the presentation at the conference is subject to your sending the Registration Fee and the Copyright form. Details about the conference registration are provided on the website. Registration by at least one author of a paper must be paid by May 18, 2013. Please also be noted that each registration can cover, at most, the presentation and publication of two papers.
Thank you very much for your contribution. We are looking forward to receiving your manuscript soon and meeting you in Taipei at IIE Asian Conference in July 2013.
Sincerely,
Professor Yi-Kuei Lin
